Glow & Growth Day – A Transformative Initiative for Aruba's Youth

Aruba Fashion Alliance is proud to present Glow & Growth Day, a youth empowerment project under Aruba Doet 2025. This specially curated afternoon event is designed for teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17, with a focus on self-care, confidence, and career readiness.

Participants will take part in a series of engaging workshops and sessions that promote:

• Personal grooming and hygiene

• Basic skincare and wellness

• Styling and self-presentation

• Building confidence and communication skills

• Exploring career interests and personal development

Glow & Growth Day aims to inspire young individuals to invest in themselves—both inside and out. By connecting the importance of personal care with long-term life skills, the program supports holistic youth development in a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment.

While this event takes place over one afternoon, its purpose extends far beyond. Aruba Fashion Alliance is committed to turning this initiative into a sustainable youth program through:

• Follow-up workshops in schools and community spaces

• Ongoing mentorship opportunities

• Leadership training for teens

• Development of a Glow & Growth toolkit for educators and youth leaders
