Glow & Growth - Aruba Doet

Glow & Growth is an empowering workshop designed to inspire and guide the youth of Aruba, specifically targeting teen boys and girls aged 12 - 17, towards a brighter future. Organized under the Aruba Fashion Alliance Foundation for the Aruba Doet initiative, this project focuses on building confidence, enhancing personal care habits, and providing essential career orientation.

Participants will gain valuable skills in grooming, self-care, personal branding, fashion styling, and career preparation. Through interactive activities, practical demonstrations, and motivational talks, this workshop aims to boost self-esteem, encourage positive self-expression, and provide valuable guidance for personal and professional growth. By equipping participants with the tools they need to feel confident, present themselves effectively, and explore career opportunities, Glow & Growth aims to inspire a generation of empowered and ambitious individuals.
